For now, we only deliver to the United States and Canada

We have a processing time of 1 to 3 days, and allow 2-5 business days for US products and 5-10 business days for overseas products.

Delivery to Canada may take between 8 and 14 business days, regardless of the shipping location.

Note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address rather than your business address, as we do not know how long the destination customs service will hold the package.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB) and PayPal Express Checkout. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

When you shop online with your credit card, all your information is entered on a secure SSL-encrypted website. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

The prices indicated on our website are in USD $ and CAD $ and include VAT.

If your order has been paid for and you need to modify or cancel it, you must contact us within 30 minutes by emailing customer@sollavia.com as soon as possible. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

If something is missing, please contact us immediately.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. If you do not receive a tracking confirmation within 5 business days from the payment date, please contact us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

For a list of final sale items, please refer to our return policy. All returns must be in their original condition with intact packaging.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have received incorrect, missing, and/or defective merchandise. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any relevant references upon receipt of your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

The processing of returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7 to 10 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will appear on your account. If you have not yet received credit for your return, here’s what to do: Contact the bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is reflected on your account.
