Paying with a credit/debit card
The available credit card options are listed above. The credit card companies mentioned above are the most commonly used on this website. Don’t worry if your card provider is not listed — we encourage you to proceed with your purchase.

Please note that Sollavia does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For any questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for more details.

Paying with PayPal


When placing an order with PayPal, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You can still pay even without a PayPal account. To do this, simply click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card details or safely complete your payment through PayPal.

"Promo Code"
You can apply coupons to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your promo code, click "Apply," and the discount will automatically adjust your order total.

NOTES:

  • Make sure to enter the promo code exactly as you received it, with no spaces before, within, or after. To avoid errors, we recommend copying and pasting the promotional code you received.

  • Coupons cannot be combined. Only one promo code can be used per order.

  • Coupons are subject to the terms of the offer and may exclude certain items on our website from the discount.

If you’re wondering whether shopping on our online store is secure, rest assured that we use systems and software to protect your purchase.

For your security, your billing name, address, and phone number must match those of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

You can verify that the transaction is secure by looking for a padlock icon at the bottom right of your web browser. We do not store your credit card information once your order is complete. Instead, it is submitted directly to our banks. You can be assured that your credit card or bank account information is safe with every purchase.

Mastercard SecureCode
3D Secure technology is designed to reduce the risk of card misuse by authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction and protecting them against unauthorized use afterward.
Authentication through Mastercard SecureCode requires that the cardholder register their card on the card issuer’s website to use the service.

If you are registered, during checkout you’ll see a screen from your card issuer asking you to enter the unique personal code you registered. The card issuer then validates your code and approves the transaction.

If you are not registered but your issuing bank supports SecureCode, you may be prompted to enroll in Mastercard SecureCode during checkout.

Verified by Visa

Authentication through Verified by Visa (VbV) requires that the cardholder register their card on the card issuer’s website to take advantage of the service.

If you are registered, during checkout a screen from your card issuer will prompt you to enter the unique password you previously set up. The card issuer will then validate your password and approve the transaction.

If you are not yet registered but your Visa-issuing bank supports VbV, you may be prompted to enter your password or sign up for VbV during checkout.
